Challenge and Goal
The client — a startup — wanted a secure, AI-assisted solution for everyday legal matters that advises people, makes sources transparent, organizes contracts, and generates documents such as termination letters — with maximum data privacy and the option to contact a lawyer.
Solution
We delivered a Flutter web frontend with a strong UX focus, Optimistic Updates, Responsive Design, and PWA capability, backed by a .NET API. Thanks to Flutter, the app was not only ultra-performant and snappy, but also mobile-ready for a future mobile app. For research and document processing we used Azure OpenAI and Azure Document Intelligence and leveraged the power of MCP servers. RAG unlocked valuable data sources. Data privacy was a priority: Encryption at Rest, Swiss hosting, and secure authentication via Google OIDC. Learn more at lawbuddy.ai.
