Dietze Group from Maienfeld, Swiss specialist for hermetic connection technology and glass feedthroughs, developed HermetiQ, an innovative autonomous data logger for autoclaves. This certified logger can be placed directly inside the autoclave and records precise temperature and pressure curves to ensure process quality. The company needed a modern desktop solution to read, manage, and export data after docking the logger – with a focus on professional usability and intuitive user guidance.
Our Solution
We developed HermetiQ, a cross-platform Flutter desktop application for Windows and macOS as a case study focusing on excellent UI/UX design. The application offers seamless data readout from the docking station, clear visualization of temperature and pressure curves, professional CSV export for quality documentation, and integrated firmware update functionality. The modern interface enables operators to efficiently manage calibrated loggers and ensures that critical process data is always accessible and traceable.
